It Worked for Saundra Contreras; It Can Work for You

Sandra Contreras BeforeMy weight was never a lifetime struggle, for me, it was a struggle when I discovered that having babies makes me eat!  And eat, and eat. It’s a crazy cycle of gaining weight, struggling to get it off, and gaining it again. By my third baby, I was ready to lose the weight and make a permanent lifestyle change.

In May of 2011, I started back on tracking my food intake and doing mild forms of exercise. I was a size 16 at the time.  About five months later, I discovered Exercise TV. At this time I was finally a size 12 and weighed 169 lbs. I had lost 30 pounds.

One morning, I found a program called Xtreme Slimdown Xtreme and I thought, “Hmmm, I need to try this out.”  The first workout I did was Chris Freytag’s 20 minute Total Body Recovery workout. Wow, I felt great and I was lifting weights! At the time I was using three and five pound weights but now I am up to eight and 10 pound weights!

I printed out her 28-day routine online and was sad to see that after getting into the program for a week, not all the workouts were available on TV so I ordered the DVD set. I am so happy I did!

I plowed through Chris’s 10 lb. Slimdown Xtreme program, and started melting off inches and pounds. I had never felt so strong and fit in my life. I didn’t even get asthma from exertion any longer. I totally reshaped my body.

I now can say I am fit, strong and healthy. In four months on Chris’s program, I went from a size 12 to a size 6. I have never been a size 6 in my entire adult life!   I lost 19 pounds, gained muscle and earned confidence.

I am now over 50 pounds less than I was a year ago, and five sizes smaller! Thanks to Chris and her program, I will never look back.
