Use your iPhone or Android device to discover a revolutionary new way to work out! It’s simple. It’s fast. And it produces real results. My Daily Workout uses web, mobile and video technology to simplify the science of training.
Each time you complete a workout, a new workout is sent to your web and mobile apps. The new workout will list the exercises I want you to do, the time I want you to complete the workout and videos of me demonstrating and explaining each exercise.

I believe everyone likes a challenge. So each program consists of six 14-day challenges. Each challenge provides you with simple achievable goals that make working out fun and seeing results easy.
Once you join the Daily Workout, you can change between Programs and Challenges at any time simply by going to your Profile and selecting a new “Active Workout.”
SIMPLE, FAST AND SAFE
After nearly 25 years of being a personal trainer, I know my clients simply want me to show them how to achieve their fitness goals. So the Daily Workout simply provides you with a list of the exercises I want you do each day.
Each workout is short but intense. Strength training workouts average 15 minutes and cardio workouts average 30 minutes. You can workout at home or in the gym so you can workout anytime and anywhere.
The Daily Workout uses circuit training to max out your caloric burn. Circuit training forces your to use lighter weights to complete the workout in the time I prescribe, so you won’t ever hurt yourself using weights that are too heavy for you. If you don’t like using dumbbells, you can choose to use resistance tubing.
