
You will need:
1) Place strawberries at the bottom of a tall and skinny parfait glass and sprinkle with a few of the chopped pecans.
2) Top with a layer of 1/2 of the yogurt, followed by another small sprinkle of the pecans
3) Add all of the blueberries to create the third layer
4) Add the remaining yogurt to create the fourth and final layer. Garnish the top with a small pinch of ground cinnamon, a few blueberries and a slice of strawberry.
