I absolutely LOVED this workout. Chris is so upbeat and supportive though the whole thing I just couldn't help but get up and do it all. I would consider myself a intermediate/advanced exerciser and didn't think this workout,upon viewing it, would get my heart up but OH BOY was I wrong. I do it alteast once a week now. I plan on purchasing more....Great workout!
