This video is great! I picked it up last summer and started seeing the results within days. I highly recommend this for anyone who has a difficulty finding time to exercise... or doesn't know where to begin.

Chris is my favorite instructor. I bought this DVD recently as Ioved the Move To Lose DVDs so much. Chris's upbeat personality and her constant reminders to keep those abs tight etc make me feel like she is really in the room with me!!!
