Bought mine a little over 2 months ago, very easy to use and cleanup is great. I clean mine in my large sink, no need for Dish machine.
Have used it for many items that I would normally do on the outside grill. It is better, since you can control the temp and the glass cover helps retain the juices. The fact that I can grill anytime indoors without smoking up my kitchen is great.
Recommend it to everyone.
