When I first saw this Spicy Peanut Chicken recipe, it looked like it had a lot of steps and ingredients, but in reality, it only took 20 minutes to throw together! Plus, the sauce made with a blend of sesame oil, lime juice, peanut butter, soy sauce, and ginger is seriously good. I’m constantly on-the-run, so fast AND delicious like this dish is key!
